Besides tennis, horseriding, walking and rockclimbing all the following sports are very popular at the costa blanca and can be booked through us:
Caballito de mars unique location is the perfect base for all the golfcourses in the area. 'Golf Ifach' is within walking distance, a par 30, 9 hole golf course with exellent seaviews.
The nearast golfcourses accessible by car are within 30 kilometers of the hotel: Don Cayo in Altea, Golf in Javea and Oliva Nova in Oliva.
In Benidorm there are a lot more golf courses in the comunidad valanciana, some of them are true championship golf courses and are worth a visit.
We offer discounts on all the greenfees and for optimising your golfswing we can organise private lessons and videoteaching.
We can arrange a perfect week program for you to play on a different course every day.
Sup, Sailing, Windsurfing, Catamaran and Kayak:
In Les Basetes, a small and beautiful bay at the coast of Bennisa, just 6 km from Caballito de mar you will find the watersports center owned by Vicky and Tatoo. They will teach you how to conquer the sea in a catamaran or on a windsurfboard. Water and wind will have no secrets anymore after taking classes of sup, kayak, wakeboarding, sailing... they do it all.
Kytesurfing, Golfsurfing and Sup:
If you really want to try kytesurfing or golfsurfing then ‘raz hafees’ is the man. He must be the coolest ‘surfdude aloha style’ of the costa blanca.

Professional bikes and mountainbikes can be rented on a daily or weekly bases, all adapted to your size.
The hills of Moraira, Benissa, Altea, Finestrat, Calpe and Guadelest are the ideal spot to test the indurance of the occasional or profesional biker.
On these hills and roads you can often find professional bikers practicing for altitude. Organized bike tours are also possible: see www.catenacycling.com
We work together with diving club Les Basetes in Benissa. Del Shaerer will take you down to the underwaterworld of the Costa Blanca and will show you the most beautiful spot around the rock ‘the Peñon de Ifach’.
